BlackLYTZ Announcement Update 3/10/16

Reputation and challenges are now considered a mandatory requirement for BlackLYTZ. Each member in blackLYTZ will need to reach a certain reputation total by the end of the month. Each rank up will increase the total reputation total needed for each rank. Failure to match goal will result in demotion, loss of promotion, or possibly kicked. Weekly Requirements
All Members must participate in at least 1 scheduled practice a week unless excused.
All Members must participate in 1 team challenge per week. failure will result into 2k rep deduction.
All Members must fill out a team survey at the end of the week.(more info later) failure to do so will result in a 500 rep deduction


Changes
Wins will no longer be deducted.
All scrims and games will be live streamed.
Media support will be available after team ranks.
rep deductions will be made on every noticeable mistake
You will not participate in a scrim if you did not attend both practices.
